Honor Magic V teaser highlights the gapless design. Honor’s first smartphone that folds will be revealed soon, and we’ve heard information that it will launch featuring a vertical fold and Qualcomm’s top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset.
The company has announced today that Honor has released a video that demonstrates the phone’s design, and we were able to view the screen that covers it along with glimpses of its large primary screen along with the hinge mechanism and the phone’s bottom.

The main screen appears to be a bit sloppy without a visible camera cutout. It is unclear whether Honor has completely removed an option for a selfie camera on the side panel or used an under-display system. Honor also demonstrated its Magic V could close completely flat, leaving no space between the two sides of the display.
The display on the cover is curved on the right side and features a centered cutout punch-hole to accommodate a selfie camera. The display’s outer side is believed to measure 6.5-inches, and the diagonal of the main display is anticipated to be at 8 inches. It’s unclear when Honor will unveil Magic V. Magic V, but we’ll be looking for more information.
